Google Earth V9 是用 Native Client 开发的，NaCl 是由 Google 主导的开源解决方案，FF 目前还没支持。

NaCl 之前一直被质疑是想开倒车复活 ActiveX，这次的地球大改算是首秀。除了基本的地图浏览，嵌入的 VR、导览等内容有了 C 语言加持，性能 666 .

Mozilla WebVR/WebGame 方案亦可实现类似效果，虽然性能方面完全依赖 JS，但更普适，对全栈来说可能更友好。
