主屏幕时钟组件我也见过啊……例如miidii的
虽然一直有大约1~2秒延迟，但是刷新还是及时的……

可以是可以，不过微信有次数限制外部url跳转小程序，所以像二维码基本上没到上班数量限制就到了。

正常 iOS是不允许App在后台一直活动的，小组件更是iOS决定什么时候更新数据，所以一般小组件显示日期更合理，时间的话差不多到分钟。
