他的意思大概是两类问题吧，我也有点疑惑。。。

这句话不是他说的，是他引用的，但是却是因为他才出名并衍生出这个方法。也有人表示President Miller是虚构的，只是他演说的一部分而已，他把credit给了Miller而已。President Miller指的是大学校长，因为演说在大学里进行的，不是总统Miller。
