我自己对 File Note的定位是“备注工具”，而非“标注工具”，连软件都称不上。
所以，有更进一步要求的同学可以去试一下更加强大的 file meta

注：CodePlex年内关闭，但 file meta 作者表示仍会继续维护，但目前未发现新的主页。

另：NTFS的ADS是个好东西，可惜发扬它的却是黑产……

以前看过文章，用txt通过流隐藏avi文件，呵呵
